What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
You will find the charges on your checkout. It depends on the weight of the package and your location in the world. If you live in Norway we have several options. The rest of the world is also supported. If you are in Haugesund there is a possibility for local pickup with no charges, if you book a meeting in advance.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept Klarna (they support credit card and have many options) and PayPal. Working on Vipps (for Norwegian customers only), but not quite there yet.
How long will delivery take?
Within Norway, usually a couple of days. The rest of the world depends on where you are, but I’ll pack and ship as soon as possible after you have ordered.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
No personal data is stored on the website. You don’t even have to log in to purchase. It should be well protected. The website uses WordPress and WooCommerce which is used by thousands all over the world.
What exactly happens after ordering?
I will receive a notification, find the items you have ordered and start packing. After I have confirmed the payment I will then print the shipping label and deliver it to my local post office for shipment to you.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You’ll receive an email with the details of your order. If you need further details I will provide it upon request.
